Pootsle items can be exchanged for store credit only.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for online items. To begin the return process please email us at pootsle@pootsle.com, and we will be happy to assist you. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
In the event of a missing package, please notify us right away at pootsle@pootsle.com.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen package but will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
